Finish Line Studio Pro is sold by Daily Coffee First LLC. We offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, for any reason. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund you in full.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
2. Email us at support@mycreativelaunch.com with your order ID (visible on your Account page) and we will initiate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank.

After 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out — we want you to be happy with your purchase.
