1. Who we are
Daily Coffee First LLC ("we", "us") operates Finish Line Studio. We act as the data controller for personal data collected through the Service.
2. What we collect and why

Payment details (card number, billing address) are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us. We never see or store your full card number.
3. Who we share data with
- Service providers / subprocessors — cloud hosting, database, authentication, and error-monitoring vendors who help us run the Service.
- Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record for the sale of Finish Line Pro, who handles payments, invoicing, subscription management, and tax compliance.
- Professional advisers — legal and accounting professionals, where necessary.
- Authorities — where we are required by law to disclose data.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data outside your country of residence, including in the US. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Data retention
We keep account and service content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated data within 90 days, except where we must retain certain records (for example, transaction records for tax purposes) for as long as legally required.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- request deletion ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audited infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password for your account.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the Service secure. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
